When you contact us

If you call or use webchat to contact the GOV.UK One Login team, you will be asked for a reference code.

This code helps us to see where you may be having a problem.

Get help from GOV.UK One Login’s digital assistant or chat with an advisor.

You might be asked for your reference code when you chat to us.

You can chat live with an advisor Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.

The digital assistant is always available.

Our webchat is not fully accessible yet — we’re working to improve it. You can find out more about the limitations and how we’re fixing them.
